If you can't stop listening to the k-Pop, try to hate it even while you listen. Say "Astaghfirullah!" and lower the volume even for a little, and say I hate this.... say always "Astaghfirullah!" and Allah will help you , Then one day you will stop, insha'Allah
إذا لم تتمكن من التوقف عن الإستماع للبوب الكوري حاول أن تكرهه حتى و أنت تستمع إليه .قل أستغفر الله و أخفض مستوى الصوت و لو قليلا و قل أنا أكره ذلك ، ردد دائما أستغفر الله و سوف يساعدك الله و في يوم ما سوف تتوقف عن ذلك إن شاء الله
